Appreciate the Great Service, even if it took a second try

So my car was broken into and I had to get the front passenger window fixed. I called many repair men, but none could get to my house early enough to allow me to go to work at a a decent time. Then I called AR Auto Glass and the guy (Jim) said they could be at my house before 12:00. He called me and said it would be earlier, and got in at 10:30. His brother fixed the glass in 45min, and I was on my way. Unfortun... view moreately, a few days later, when I took it on the freeway I heard this whistling sound. I called Jim right away and without any hesitation he offered to come back out whenever was convenient for me and fix it. Two days later, they came out, (my boyfriend thinks they replaced the window all together) and it was perfect. I really appreciate the value they put in my urgency and to get it right. Highly recommended!
