Don`t waste your time or money! This outfit takes your money, installs Defective product and will NOT replace their product. They also will not call you back like they are suppose to. A technician is suppose to call within two hours (per their answering service) and you have to keep calling them back. Do a bit of research at Better biz bureau and see what I`m talking about! This company charges you for faulty devices, reinstalls the same device for some other poor sucker without repairing the defective device. They think it`s funny. Read your contracts AND for every repair or service call you have them make, get it in writing of what they did/repaired and file a complaint with the ACLU...free service for consumer rights. good Luck.
