2 big issues!!!!!!!!!

Ssta Velasco and Ron already took care of one of them which ties into the other one!!! TRADE IN is the issue!" I was told that just like my previous deal that I would receive the exact same amount for my trade which was 2000 dollars and they took the contract to my job think ink the trade was 2000 and down payment would drop to 500 and I was bussy at work and they r very trustworthy I just signed quickly and got... view more back to work. this was not the case they gave me 500 less for my trade which made my down payment 1000 instead of 500!!! but I`m not worried since its in Ron and Sara velazcos hands and I know they will take care of this misunderstanding. but I will keep everyone posted on what happens. god bless everyone and Marry Christmas.

The National City, CA Frank To...

The National City, CA Frank Toyota dealership rotated the tires and forgot to put the bolts back on the steering arms. I drove it 1000 miles averaging 80+ mph to get back to my duty station with one bolt securing the right front wheel. The bolt broke when I reached my destination - going 5 mph in the parking lot. Coffee needs work, otherwise great!

Had to return twice. First for an oil change and AC problem. A part was ordered for my AC problem and was repaired a few days later. Great job on both days. Thank you for washing the car. My wife she drives the GL liked that. I was given a ride to my home two times. The driver was polite friendly and a safe driver. Good employee that should be commended. I have always been treated well by all in the service departmen... view moret. From write up to billing you are all great. Now the coffee situation needs a little work. I know the coffee is free from the machine but that has got to be the worst stuff to drink. I remember you once had a regular brewed coffee setup. What happened to that Okay tell Mr. Fornaca i but my next car for you folks. Maybe a Sonata. Who knows.

Early Bird Drop-off

Took my car in early to drop it off so I could do other things. It took 2 hours to complete but it was the 40000 mile service.
