Do not go here !! (warnin)
I have to say that my husband had two seperate bad experiences with this shop. My husband gave them the benefit of the dout that they would makes things right. That is what my husband does he seems to trust people when they always screw him. I went to pick up my husbands truck after they said they replaced the brakes. I drove the truck just down the street to my home and went in my home to pick up a few items. I got ... view moreback into the truck and drove off and turned the corner. That is when I heard this "sound" ! My husband truck started making this loud roaming sound and then they gas peddle would not take any more gas or the car would not move. Let`s just say that when the truck was in gear it would not move. I went back down to have them come back up where the truck was at and I tried to explain it to them again but they just looked at me like "why is this woman talking to me". I felt so intimidated and they made me feel stupid and they spoke no english around me. I found that very disrespectful. They said that they where not sure what was wrong but they still kept on looking. Then after a few minutes and 2 more men showing up they said it was the transmition. I said what ! How could of the transmission go out with me just driving it down the street. They looked at me and looks like they understood me this time and they said they did not know. I turned away from them but them turned around once more to ask them another question and they where laughing. If they where certified mechanics they would of told me something but they said nothing. Then they called my husband and told him that I did not want to speak to your wife I wanted to speak with you. I also called the police (non-emergancy) and told them what steps do I need to take. They told me that I needed to call the business and get the business license for there acutally business. So I did that. I ask them very nice and they said that I do not need that and they did not need to and they hung up on me. So what does this tell you and me ? Transmisstion problems is what they caused per the new mechanic in the new shop we took it two. So what does this tell you and me ?
