Ive brought my car 3 times for service at this dealership, San Leandro Kia. Each time was a lousy experience and cost me seveal days of my time (9:5:1). The 5 day experience was the worst, I had to remind them that they still had my car, no phone call from them to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up. And, they did nothing to my car that fixed the problem. So, if you`re needing service for your Kia, this... view more isn`t the place to bring it. Also, not a friendly place for car service, period! Try Bay Bridge Kia in Oakland, I got good results and happier people to deal with...

Dishonest and Evil Dealership
On 2008-09-28, I bought a used mustang convertible. I thought I was offered a pretty good deal. The same day I brought my cousin who was also looking for a Brand New Nissan Versa, and she ended up purchasing the one she was looking for. So both my cousin and I purchased the car that evening and left.
I came back home with my nice new orange color mustang and surprised my family. Yet, My family thought it wasn`t a... view more good car and convinced me to return it.
So next day, I spent my time researching about possibility of returning it. I asked several different dealerships and people who have experienced buying and returning the vehicle. So I found out that I have 3 days by CA law to return the car if I did not want it.
two days after I bought the car, I went back to San Leandro Hyundai/ Nissan and told them I wanted to return. But the manager told me that there is absolutely no way I could do that.
So I came back home discouraged and feeling sorry...
I told my story to the other dealership and was told that I had every right to return the car within three days. So I went back to the San Leandro Hyundai/ Nissan and return the car ignoring the manager threatening me with how the car would be towed and I will have to be responsible and they are not taking it back and etc. I had my cousin to pick me up and I left the car and key at the dealership with the sales person and the manager.
I bought my cousin a dinner and came back home about 10pm and I see the orange convertible parked on the street about half block away from my home.
Being shacked and threatened, I am left feeling helpless and frustrated. They are tried to keep the car out of the dealership for three days so that they won`t be responsible for it.
How could professional sales people and such huge dealership engaged with such action?
This dealership is not trustworthy and unprofessional.
