The only thing good about my e...

The only thing good about my experience is that I wasn`t charged more than they said they would. I went in for a routine oil change (chose this location b/c of 5 star previous review). I verified what they`d said on the phone once I got in: It`ll be 20 minutes, MAYBE 30 if there`s a problem. I took my two year old on a walk and came back 25 min later. "Five more minutes." Okay. Ten minutes later: &q... view moreuot;Five more minutes." Okay. (This happened several times.) Finally, the guy charged me saying my car was done and would be brought out front right away. After standing in the 50`ish degree weather (with my two year old) for ten more minutes, I went inside to see what was going on. "They brought out the wrong oil filter, so it`ll take another 5 minutes until it`s done." I went up front one more time after this to see what the status was before I finally gave up. There was never any explanation or apology or anything when I finally got my car back more than an hour 15 minutes from when I first checked in. I ended up missing the other appointment I had scheduled for the day because they took so much longer than they said they would. Very, very disappointed. Seriously.
