AWFUL!!! BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!
I wish I could rate them something lower than one star. Terrible customer service I wish I could get rid of the car I purchased from them. They take zero responsibility for any problem your car may have. I brought my car in for bad tires about 5 times now and they give me the same answer "we arent sure what may be the problem" but everytime i leave they claim everything is fixed. I mentioned to one of the e... view moremployees that it was my mistake for purchasing from volkswagen and he replied "I guess it was." That is the type of service you will receive.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!! You will regret it terribly and like their employess say it is a mistake.

Don`t let what happened to me happen to you.
I had a horrible experience here.
I took my car in for a transmission recall and it was returned to me with serious alignment damage.
The dealership isn`t helping to fix the damage they did to my car and now I am footed with a huge bill.
I wish I had never taken the car in for the recall transmission. I`d rather have the faulty transmission than this nightmare.
Please avoid this place. I wouldn`t wish what I ... view moream going through on my worst enemy.

Great Service Department
I used to go to my local dealer in Valencia. They have since closed, no wonder their service was horrible! I took a chance after eading their reviews and tried VW of Van Nuys, great idea! They are also recommended by AAA, when I called AAA they were #1 on their list! I was very impressed, the online appointment process was smooth and efficent. Dishonest, lying crooks. I caught them lying to me.
I took a VW in there to have a blinker light repaired. They did it and charged me an arm and a leg. Their contract promises parts and labor for one year on work performed. Less than a year later the light fails. I take it in and they tell me the warranty has lapsed. After going back and forth with them they admit the warranty was good. Then I get a call and they tell me the light they found already in there is... view more ""aftermarket"" and I must have tried to replace it myself ! So I tell them no, they were the last ones, why would I do this myself if it was still under warranty?? They get back to me the next day and say, ""Oh, okay, we will do you a favor and fix it free."" So I come in to pick it up ($130.00 in other charges) and a different guy tells me, ""Oh, I heard the manager telling the service guy you talked to (Mike) that it was NOT aftermarket, it was OUR bulb, and to honor the warranty."" So, this guy first tried to back out of the warranty, then accused me of replacing the bulb myself, then LIED to me when he found out it was their bulb and acted like he was doing me a favor. He also tried charging me a ""consult"" fee of $100.00 which I refused to pay.
These guys will do anything to PAD the bill. Go elsewhere, they are shifty, dishonest crooks.
