Look Out for ""Number One"", i.e., ""the wife!!!!""
I write this with feelings of sadness (and self-respect). Sadness because I must find another good mechanic. Self-respect because during my customer appointment, I spoke honestly and frankly to the wife of Mike Larson (who was behind the counter to help customers), and she could not handle my honesty, frankness and self-respect. I thought I found my mechanic for life. Mike Larson is honest, fair and an experience... view mored, excellent mechanic. For a single girl who doesn`t know squat about car mechanics and struggling financially, these excellent car mechanic qualities are highly important. And Mike Larson absolutely has these qualities. So, the one star is because of his wife`s disrespect and his wife`s poor customer service skills. His wife is approximately 75% in control of front counter and phone customer service (sometimes she is in control 100% when she does not like your self-respect). So..... go ahead, try their service. It might be fine for awhile...... until his wife has ""a bad hair day"". If that bad hair day comes for you, have your whole armour on and be ready to verbally defend yourself against unreasonableness, disrespect and yelling unless you want to just take it. It`s your choice. I`m too old for PMS. She is not too old for PMS, but this is more serious than PMS. Maybe she has a frontal brain tumor??? Sigh..............................
