Very friendly and they do a good job. W get all our tires here for our private vehicles and have done so for 2 years now. Can always expect Mike to give me a great deal on a great set of tires. Good place to get your brakes done to, getting mine done this week.

Owner does NOT take responsibi...

Owner does NOT take responsibility for damage they caused. They could not fix tire sensor and lied. I brought my 2008 Toyota Tacoma in to buy new rims and tire. Tires and rims were installed and look great. One problem, the tire sensor light was on so I went back and was told no problem it will reset in 30 minutes. I took the truck home, two days later the light is still on so I called and he said bring in tomo... view morerrow and I`ll fix. I took the day off work, brought the truck in only to have him tell me the sensors were working and the problem is with my trucks computer system. Then he proceeded to lie to my face and say that when I brought the truck in, the light was already on. I told him that`s not true, he said there is nothing he could do, it`s my truck not his installation. I said fine, I`ll go to Toyota, fix my truck and send him the bill. I added that I thought he gave me horse Sh## service and he said go F### yourself. I am currently at Folsom Toyota, already had to spend $150 for diagnosis and will wait for them to fix. Their first thought is over tightened tire sensor caused malfunction. I understand things happen, but you stand behind your service, you don`t lie and say the light was on when you told me three days ago not to worry it will reset in 30 minutes. I have an extended warranty on the truck; don`t you think I would bring to Toyota if a light was on? You don`t call the customer a liar. I don`t care if they give tires for free, if you don`t stand behind your service, I`d rather pay more elsewhere and I would not recommend to anyone. UPDATE: Three hours of wasted time and the diagnosis: DAMAGED Left Front sensor!!!! The damage was not enough to break the signal, that`s why they were able to connect with their hand held device but the DAMAGE weakened the signal to the point that it could no longer communicate with the truck`s transponder.

The new owner of THE TIRE DEPOT as of January 2013 ripped my daughter off when we she bought tires from this store. They overcharged her and would not provide a refund based on the true cost of the tires they installed on the car. They sold her on higher value tires and underdelivered by installing tires that were less money- they then pocketed the difference and would not provide any type of refund. CROOKS!!!
