Don`t Go Here! Rude Owner,Longer than told, added damage
had to come here as my car was involved in an accident and this was where the insurance company sent me......They get two stars because, yes, they fixed the damage, however the job took 16 days when the cust. serv. rep who examined my car, said it would take 5-8 business days. And....upon picking up my car, there were several paint chips on the hood THAT WERE NOT THERE BEFORE! All seemed very suspicious and even the ... view moreinsurance adjuster said, ""Oh that must have happened when they powerwashed it...it happens some times"" They claimed I brought the car in that way, even though photographs show nothing. All but one of the chips were badly touched up and one was not, which was such a glaring case of irresponsibility on their part. I know my car, and obvious chips on the hood would have been known by me. Chips on the grill were pointed out to me and I admit, I honestly do not know if those were there prior, one would assume so. However, the hood of the car is such an obvious and noticeable part of the car, especially a white hood, that YOU NOTICE paint chips. The owner was exceptionally rude, condescending, patronizing and though he offered to repair the chips, if I paid $150, would not admit his shop screwed up. So, if he`s willing to treat a customer so badly, especially after the insurance company paid his highly inflated repair costs, with no regard to future business, I feel completely obligated and compelled to let potential customers know that you do not want to bring your business here! They are not to be trusted and the owner has no manners and no regard for customer satisfaction.
