Stay Away From This Place

I came here to have my Honda factory car alarm disabled. They took out my Lojack instead, which is not at all connected to the alarm. They thought the Lojack device was the alarm. I checked the FCC ID on the box they took out on the FCC website, and sure enough, it was registered to Lojack, not Honda. When I pointed out to them that the box that they took out is not the alarm, they kept making excuses instead of ... view moreapologizing for the mistake. Even blaming me for the mistake that they made. Aren`t they the mechanics? Aren`t they supposed to know each car part? It`s really stupid. They made a mistake. They took out the wrong device from my car. How can it get worse than that? Now I have to pay LoJack for inspection, to make sure it is still working good. Stay away from this place. They act like they know what they are talking about, but they don`t. If I didn`t stand my ground, they probably would never have given me the refund.

Great Service

Had my Honda Civic serviced at SANFORD FIRESTONE. It needed brakes...and had both front and rear replaced. They recommended that the leaky struts be replaced. The car runs great and feels great. The service writers were nice and explained clearly what my car needed. THANK YOU!
