SCAMMERS. RUN FROM THEM
I took my car to Land Rover, they gave them the car. They never called my insurance company to get it approved. The insurance company is not paying. They finished the car today. They increased the price from the original estimate of $1400 to $2000 and said if I don`t pay today. They will put the car for lien sale today by 5pm. I have a nice car, a Land Rover and they are trying to keep my car for a scratched bum... view moreper??? NEVER EVER USE THEM, I WARNED YOU!

Praying to God every day to punish them for their lie
It couldn?ˆ™t be worse ever.
I got a car collision and towed it to this body shop in the end of February, 2010. The estimate was initially $2,450 primarily for replacing and painting bumper. Of the job, I refused to fix scratches on a wheel, which I think was not a major problem. After all, I paid $2,200 in cash for the four-business-day job.
I want to point out their work manner, the attitude toward customers,... view more and what they mean by life warranty. First, the bottom of the bumper was not fixed straightly (if anyone wants to see, e-mail me via nbtongil@yahoocom, I can send pictures as a proof). The manager told me that ?ˆ?It is just the way it comes?ˆ?. It was really hard to believe that it was a natural look. But, I took my car and compared it with others. Of course, it is not the way it comes. I still think how stupid I was because I believed his ridiculous excuse.
Second, while they were working on the car, they called me and asked if I would want to replace the wheel (rim) on a driver?ˆ™s side because it bent too much to check the wheel balance, with an estimate of $250 for replacing it. I refused it again. When I picked up the car, the manager told me that I might change the front tire with a spare one on the back. What???? If he told me the alternative when he asked $250 for replacing it, I would have chosen to change it. It is really an ethical issue on whether they think and tell in a customer?ˆ™s position.
Third, and more importantly, after a couple of weeks, I happen to know I will get reimbursed for the damage from my insurance company. I call the shop on Saturday and talked with the OWNER about replacing the wheel. I asked how long it would take to complete and he said it would take two to three days. I complained because it would take two to three days again only for changing a wheel. The owner complained back and just HUNG UP on me while I was talking. I have never experienced this kind of customer relation and phone manner ever. Maybe he is too rich to be aware of customer satisfaction. In the end, I replaced the rim at the cost of $200 at an official dealer. They had asked for the job even more than a dealer!!
Last and most importantly, about two month after fixing the car, I started hearing tapping noisy from somewhere in front when I drove at above 70 mph, which means I encountered strong wind. A dealer couldn?ˆ™t find where it came from and I didn?ˆ™t hear when I drove slower than 70. After another two months, when I drove at above 70 mph to SF, I heard very big and annoying noisy from the location, somewhere in front, and found that a part of left front fender was torn. I am pretty sure that the person who fixed this part didn?ˆ™t screw it tight enough, so it was loose at first making tapping noisy and then it was torn as the fender was taken off the bolt due to the constantly strong wind coming from driving over mountains. From this situation, they just pointed out the broken dimension of the fender, argued that it is cut by something or I ran over something, and refused to fix it with the coverage of life warranty. That?ˆ™s what they call life warranty!! I got a sense that if any customer brings his/her car for a repair with warranty, they will try to find any excuse to avoid the warranted-repair.
I can?ˆ™t punish them directly for their lie, bad work manner, and horrible customer relation, but will pray every day to my God to punish them.

the best auto body shop in LA hands down!
I have been using CitySearch for over 2 years to find out about restaurants and businesses but I`ve never had an account to write reviews. My experience with Network and all the people who work there(Ralph, Anthony etc..) was amazing and I had to share it with anyone who is looking for an auto body shop. I have a pimp car, it`s a Rolls Royce 1989 with only 46k miles on it, so when I needed to get work done on it, ... view moreI called every shop that CitySearch had good reviews and basically interviewed them to make sure they seem legit. When I called Network, I could tell from their confidence and experience working on high end cars that they were the best shop for the job. I took my car in and they told me they had a great rapport with my insurance company, sure enough they got them to approve to pay for all the damages! If anyone has a high end car and their looking for the best service and good people who know what their actually talking about, take your car to Network Auto Body!

BUYER BEWARE!
Did not complete repairs as promised. Concerned more about how much money can be extracted from you and your insurance company than customer service. Do not return phone calls. They withhold information from the customer regarding repairs and deadlines in an effort to mislead customer. They will not reconnect your radio or alarm after they are disconnected by repair staff. Left unsatisfied with repairs and a non... view morefunctioning radio.

Quality Work
I got rear ended, brought my car here to get the work done. They did a great job, work was done fast and the price was fair.

Highly recommended Auto Body Shop
I got rear-ended downtown last December (07) and did some research on-line to figure out where I was going to take my car. I wound up going with Network Auto Body. The place was clean. The customer service was some of the best I`ve received anywhere in LA (restaurants, retail, etc.) and my car was fixed up quickly and neatly. Six months later I swerved in the grove parking complex to avoid an SUV that never even ... view moresaw me (driver was changing lanes on a cell phone) and scraped up passenger side, I took it back in to NAB and the service and work were as I remembered them. I don`t know about classics or anything. My car isn`t one, but it is in pristine condition thanks to their help. That`s not to say they don`t know about classics. Maybe they do? My experience didn`t require them to.
