This Shop Will Rip You Off

I would not suggest this shop to anyone that is looking for a auto shop. The owner Gilbert will rip you off. He is a very dishonest person when It comes to any ones car. I changed the axles for my BMW in this shop. It started giving problems. When I went back, they identified the axle was defective. The problem reoccurred after a while. However, from that time onwards, they kept on saying the problem is somewhere els... view moree like tire rods and transmission. Couple of time they mentioned that they replaced the axles. Though I changed the tire rods in another repair facility, the problem never went. The other repair shop and in fact the dealer told me that the issue was with the axles. The dealer also noticed a leak in the axle seal which the owner Gilbert claimed that they fixed it. By now, I had visited them five times without any luck. In fact, Gilbert asked me to pay the labor to look at the problem caused by them. I totally lost the trust. What if I pay the labor charge and they leave my vehicle for couple of hours and later call me to say the problem is somewhere else? I`ll be off by some more money. I re-did the job (by changing the axles) in another repair facility. Now, the vehicle runs great. When I asked for my money back, Gilbert refused. I`ve logged a compliant with the BAR and the recommendation was to sue them in small claims court. In my opinion, this shop is doesn`t care for customers. They totally lack professional ethics. They buy poor quality parts and their installation is awful.
