go to buy some gear for my kids and check out some bikes with the girlfriend off bouquet at Santa Clarita Motorsports. i`m looking at bikes and The indian guys/ Owners opening line to my girlfriend is, ""what are you riding besides your boyfriend?`` Strike 1... Then i went out back to check service department and calm down so i dont punch this guy in the face and there is an engine taken apart in a box with the RO an... view mored new parts submerged in rain water exposed to the elements at the bottom of the stairs... Strike 2. A customer in service is laughing about the Owner has never ridden a motorcycle, Quad or side by side and never attended a race, no big deal... after i calm down I go to check out gear and the owner starts trying to tell me stories of when he used to ride, i couldn`t beleave it. Strike 3.

STAY CLEAR!!!!!WORST SERVICE IN SCV!!!!!
I cant even believe how I was treated at this buisness. I took my Suzuki in to get tires and an oil change. My rims are a blue powder coat finish in perfect condition upon arrival. I pay them $150 to put on new tires. When I get my bike back naturally Im checkin it out and im like WTF!!! what happened to my paint. Powder coat is taken off all the way down to the metal. Bring it to the attention of the service manager... view more and hes all im so sorry man we will fix it for you. Ok cool fix it leave my bike over night and when I pick it up they used a blue touch up paint that doesnt even match my bike. So im like what is this. You said you would fix my bike you just made it worse. The service manager is all sorry man thats all the owner ( allen ) would let us do. So im like what let me talk to Allen then. So the owner comes out looks at my bike and flat out tells me his guys didnt do the damage to my rims.(even though they already admitted they did to my face and try to fix it with touch up paint.) And he says look buddie we didnt do it so if you have a problem take me to court. Are you serious this is how they treat paying customers? Stay away from this buisness. They shouldnt even be allowed to operate in SCV. WORST SERVICE/CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE SANTA CLARITA VALLEY!!!!!!!!

Best Prices on motorcycles in los angeles
I bought a brand new 2009 Honda Rebel in november 2009 from Santa Clarita. But before I chose to buy the bike from santa clarita, I called about 12 other dealers that were located near me. Each would give me their best price and I would call all the other dealers and see if they could beat the price. Bascially I had to facilitate a bidding war over who could sell me the bike for the lowest price. Santa Clarita matche... view mored every price, all the way till the price got down to 3,450. So it was up to me to decide whether to go with temple city powersports ( in san gabriel, california) or Santa Clarita Powersports ( obviously in santa clarita). My father and I went down to Santa Clarita to check out the place (kinda like visiting a college campus, in which you decide if the place would suit you). While we were in the showroom looking at the bike. Another customer approached us, asking if I was gonna get the rebel (I was looking at the rebel so this was an appropriate question) I said hopefully. The customer mentioned that he was waiting for his bike to be serviced and also said something that clinched the deal. The customer said that the service was great, he also said the only reason that he even comes to santa clarita is to get his bike serviced. So after hearing this, my father and I proceeded to buy the bike. Since then I have returned to santa clarita for my bike`s 600 and 4000 mile maintenance service. Both times they took my bike in and I had to wait around an hour. But afterwards I could tell the difference. The bike was running smooth, the clutch, brake lever and brake pedal were all tight and even more responsive than they had previously been.
All in all this place rocks, my experiences there have been nothing but great. I hope this comprehensive review will hopefully be a deciding factor in someone`s decision to go to santa clarita and not some other honda/kawasaki/suzuki dealer.

id rather take a 2 hour S**T at jolly pirate donuts!
Rude employees make you feel like your wasting their time, even though their usually sitten back chattin on the phone or starin at the f**kin wall! Extremely high prices on the most simplest items that they NEVER have in stock. Also, stay away from the mechanics shop, it will cost you about $60 just to open the front door to ask a question. I hope this place goes under soon.

SCM Bad all around.. Shady..
I would never leave 1 star for anything... BUT... I dropped off my Yamaha Rhino for service, went to pick it up and they had informed me that their shop had gotten broken into and the thieves stole the Rear paddle tires, and my Brushed Yamaha Aluminum stock rims... The owner Al Sayani informed me that they would be replaced with what I had before. One month went by and I had to go on a trip to the Dunes, so he gave m... view moree a pair of stock paddles on steel rims to use for the trip to the sand... I thought that was cool, so I was very patient.... Two... Three... Four... months go by and they (Chris, and Gary in the service dept, who do not return numerous phone calls) tell me that Al Sayan told them to tell me "Keep what you have or get nothing at all..." Keep in mind this is not the first time this shop has gotten broken into... So I am out of rims and paddles for the dunes...
This is not my only complaint either... These guys do not match prices of other dealerships without a fight, they are rude, and must be hurting pretty bad because they are not competitive with any dealerships at all... Selling R1`s for 13,000?? WHAT? 450 Dirt bikes for 10k??? WHAT? Seriously....
Don`t even get me started on their parts dept... They can?ˆ™t find the rear end of an elephant if it was standing in front of them... Ordering parts that mysteriously vanish after you order them, or they do not arrive for 6 weeks??? AFTER YOU HAVE PAID!
Long storey short, this family owned establishment is as shady as they come... You will never get your stuff fixed if you drop it off there, and you will have to fight till the bitter end for a good deal on a new toy... Best advice, drive the extra 20 minutes to another dealership.
Hope this helps everyone,
And also... There is a reason this establishment is not part of the Better Business Bureau.

Do not get screwed by these skeezers....
My boyfriend bought a 08 dr 650 and the extended 5 yr warantee from these guys The bike has always been serviced thru scmc and keep in mind the bike is LESS than 2 yrs old and well taken care of etc.... The 3rd gearblew out took it to the shop for repair only to find out the warantee is pretty much worthless because it will cost $5400 to rebuild the motor, $400 more than the cost of the bike and the warrantee only wi... view morell pay $4000 and total out the bike...Suzuki knew of the issue with the gear and even changed the part #, and even though SCMC is an authorized suzuki service shop and dealer they say there isw nothing they can do....YES THERE IS...DONT BE SO GREEDY...WE ALL KNOW THERE ARE MORE COST EFFECTIVE WAYS, GOOD BOLTS DO NOT HAVE TO BE BRAND NEW, IM JUST A GIRL AND EVEN I KNOW BETTER!!! Rumor has it that when the owner was still Dick Allen that folks would come from miles to buy their bikes from him and his crew He was trusted and honest with sales and service and didnt start fast talking you when it came to warrantees...Gone to Hell since that new guy took over ...

No integrity, no decency, High prices
I spent over $400 to have my bike completely serviced for sale in December. Since I didn`t have an immediate buyer their service person Chris told me I could keep it there and put a For Sale flyer on their board. He told me he would make sure it was kept in running. I checked with him over a 9 month period by phone and visiting the shop to see if anyone had been interested and to make sure it was still ok to keep ... view morethe bike there. He said it was no problem.
If I could do a minus star I would. To rate with one star is giving too much.
When I decided to bring it home. It wouldn`t start which meant they had not been running it on a regular basis and it would cost me another $200.00 to fix it. They would not give me a break at all nor take responsibility for what they had promised.
When I first had it repaired they kept calling and jacking up the price of repairs as they kept finding things wrong with it even after they had the whole thing apart. The repairs started out at a little over $200 and wound up over $400 not including the additional $225.00 to get it fixed and out the door this time.
I would never recommend or have anything to do with these people ever again.
