Great service for the price

I have used this place for oil changes and general servicing at the same time. They are fast, polite and the price is right. I haven`t used them for major servicing, but since they are on my way home (North Auburn area) I just pull in and they get my oil changed. Never had a problem or complaint, so I am disappointed they are getting an undeserved bad rap here. They do a good job.

Bad service, just plain bad luck...

Paige, Sorry you had a bad experience At our shop. I personally looked at your vehicle when It wouldn`t start in our service bay. The computer failed, not due to Key being switched on and off. Black Forest didn`t say we were at fault. We can`t control Failures of this type. Synthetic oil not used? Did they do a spectral analysis? I would like to see the report. BAD SERVICE IN AUBURN

Never use again... if they have over booked for smog Inspections or repairs... they simply tell you there machine is broken and come back another day. The manger Tim Cook tells his people to offer a $10.00 discount for a oil change and Smog Inspection if done at the same time, then after the oil change is done, they let you know there machine (Smog Inspection) is not working.
