I agree with Klassere that same story its happening to me PANCHO is a unprofessional man. Back in march I took my car in and he supostly fix it he put a part in my car and charge me $300, Two weeks ago I took my car to get a smog check and I failed because of the part that Pancho installed the smog guy told me that part that was insatalled in my car is a aftermarket part and is not even the right one! I took it back ... view moreto Pancho and he had my car for a week didnt do anything to it so I took to another mechanic who fixed my car charged me only $120 for the correct part!!! PANCHO IS NOT A GOOD MECHANIC ES UN TRANSA HE ONLY JACKS PEOPLE !!!!I DO NOT RECOMEND IM DEFENITLY DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT !!!!!

The get a mechanic in San Diego

I don`t know about that guy (Get Jacked Around) I`ve been using Mike and Pancho for 5 years now. Best prices and great service. If you can`t understand him then get a translator. Could also be your attitude. I have one new car and two used . As soon as my new car warranty expires I WILL be taking in there. Pancho has always been truthfull to me. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get Jacked Around

If you like being told your car will be ready by the end of the day...every day for an entire week, these are the guys for you. We all know that auto repair takes time, but I guess Mike and Poncho like to have their customers believe they are getting their car back when its really not going to be ready for another week. I have taken my car to them twice and it has been the same story. This time I was original... view morely told the completion would be wednesday. Its Monday and they still have yet to finish. When I arrived to pick up my car on Saturday after being told it was ready, of course they had mistaken my car for another...real professional don`t you think? Being as amicable as possible I asked Pancho himself if he could stop telling me it will be done when he knows it won`t. He didn`t like this whatsoever. The situation immediately became very hostile as he rambled aggressively - to the point I could not understand him and then stormed off. Somewhere in his response I heard him say it would be done that afternoon (saturday) and definitely no later than sunday. Now its monday and I called to hear that it would need another 2 hours because the battery needs to charge????? I`m not quite buying it. Did I mention I live in San Diego....45 minutes away. I am a full time student who works two jobs and I have struggle to find rides to Vista 3 times, not to mention to everywhere else...all because Pancho will not be honest with the status of my car. Is it ready? is it going to run, or am I going to have to take it back in in a month? If you go to Mike and Panchos its in your best interest not to ask these questions unless you want an angry man in your face. And if my car needs to go back into the shop, it WILL NOT be coming here.

Best Mechanic in Town!

I LOVE these guys! I drive all the way from the Del Mar area to have them work on my car. They know what they`re doing, they`re not going to rob you, and they`re always quick. I`ve never had to leave my cars for very long--usually it`s done within 3 hours. They`re FANTASTIC!!!
