Great Customer Service!

I went to Wentworth Automotive to have my ten year-old car smogged. When it didn`t pass, the owner patiently explained the State of California program to assist low-income people with necessary repairs. I brought it back a few days later for the repairs, which ended up taking several days. The owners, Dave and his son Justin very graciously and generously offered me rides to and from the shop. They were very thorough... view more in making sure the car would not only meet but exceed the State`s emission requirements. They allowed me to take the car after installing a new catalytic converter so that I wouldn`t be without transportation over a weekend, which was a great convenience. Overall, Justin and Dave made what could have been a stressful experience into something bearable. Wentworth Automotive is going to be my "go-to" car repair shop from now on!
