Horrible Car Wash

My wife had gone to this car wash before for just a basic vaccume/wash and was never really pleased with the service, the doors were never opened and dryed in the cracks so when she drove off there were water marks on the car still. The inside was never completely vaccumed or wiped down properly. And for some reason we kept going there, probably out of convience. The last time we went we were offered a $120 detail j... view moreob for a few bucks off and we decided to try it....THAT was a huge mistake! after a long wait, they brought out our car and we had just barely gotten in the car when I had noticed they failed to wipe down the gps screen, there was dirt and grime still in and on the side panels of the doors, they didnt even move the floor maps to vaccume in the back, it was just all around terrible, not only for a wash but a DETAIL!! They offered to take the car back and re-do everything but my wife and I had somewhere we had to be that afternoon and didnt have time to have our car detailed twice! So we went to leave after expressing our disatisfaction with their service, (not even offered any compensation or money back) and as we were pulling out I went to look for the keys and could not find them, (our car has a button that starts the car as long as the keys are near.) we went back and aasked them for the keys, they didnt know where they were. Twenty mins later they magically find our keys and by this time I am extremely upset and go and request my money back, they only partially refunded me and still charged me for the most expensive car wash. It was ridiculous! We go out of our way now to use another car wash due to the unprofessionalism and unsatisfactory service. I DO NOT suggest using them.

They made it right

First off, I have never written a review before on any business; whether it was a positive or negative experience, but in this circumstance I feel it is necessary for you to be informed before going to this car wash. I received substandard service when I paid for a detailing job. I went back the next business day and reported I was not satisfied with the work performed. They cleaned the interior again and it l... view moreooked great. The manager by name of "Z" was friendly, apoligetic and helpful. Thank you "Z" for making good on the initial promise to deliver.
