Accidents are difficult enough...

Accidents are difficult enough to deal with and then there is the hassle of repairs and not having a vehicle. Koester Automotive is an auto body shop and they make it so easy for you. I was rear ended in my new car. I brought the car in, there were many technicians on the premises, so I approached one and told them what was had happened. They ensured me that they would make it as easy as possible for me and they did!... view more!! I spoke to the owner Ben, signed a few papers and luckily there was an Enterprise rental car agent who was picking up another customer took me over to their location I signed the paperwork, got a rental, and was out of there in less than a half hour. My repairs were not major but still they finished it within a few days. The whole experience was great and I wanted to write about it. I highly recommend Koester Automotive they are awesome.Thanks Ben & all the technicians and friendly staff.

Thanks to Ben at Koester Autom...

Thanks to Ben at Koester Automotive I now have a fully functional vehicle. My engine would not start so I had my car towed to them. I also had a few scratches and small dents on my car which he fixed all for a great price and a timely matter. Thanks a lot! Definitely recommend.

All of the reviews sounds amazing. It`s exactly how I would describe Koester Automotive. Ben is very friendly and he has a lot of knowledge about cars. He made my car look better than ever before. Awesome place

Ben @ Koester Automotive will not be beat. Great prices, great staff, and very informational. I took my car in because I was involved in a collision and he had in fixed within 3 days. I don`t know how he does it but he is amazing. Lana is the manager and she is very helpful. She wrote a great estimate in under an hour. It was very detailed and legitimate. We all want a good, reliable auto body shop correct? One that wont lie to us for a couple of hundred bucks, and one that will actually do all the promised work without adding any additional charges? He had tons of great revi... view moreews. Most of his reviews on Yelp were filtered but they were all 5 stars. That says a lot to me. I called to make an appointment and Ben told me to come right in. I told him my engine was making weird noises and he told me not to worry about it, just give me a couple hours. After about 3 hours he called me and told me my car was ready to be picked up. WOW I was surprised!! Not only because of the amazing price he gave me but also because of how fast he finished. There were tons of other cars being fixed at the shop when I went in so I have no idea how he works this magic but I love it. I had a few small dents in my car that Ben took care of for me with NO CHARGE. I mean who does that??? With all that said, I really trust Ben a lot. I drive a Volvo and the air conditioner was not working, when I turned it on it blew cold air for about 10 minutes and then it would blow out all hot air. I took it into Koester Automotive because they specialized in European cars. They let me know what the problem was with my air conditioner. I don?ˆ™t usually write reviews, and especially on a body shop at that but this place is worth mentioning. I had just bought a new Lexus IS and I had gotten into a really bad accident while entering a freeway some dummy decided to speed while he me entering the freeway and decided to pass me by instead of slow down, so he basically almost totaled my car. I have just recently moved to LA and within my first few months that I was here I got into a really bad accident. great service

I have just recently moved to LA. My car was in need of a tune up and where I used to live I would always take my car to a dealership that I got my car from. But as I was driving one day I saw Koester Automotive I took my car in right then and asked them how much they charge for a tune up.
