This place is run by some of the nicest people I`ve met in the past few months. They are willing to help you even if it means going out of their way. I`ve never had service like this. I needed an oil change and came 5 minutes before Simpkins closed, but they still helped me! I`m telling all my friends and family.

Another satisfied customer! I have been taking my 2001 RAV4 to Simpkins for the last few years, and have been very happy. The staff is very honest, knowledgeable, and dependable. I traded for a new car now, but will continue to utilize Simpkins Auto care for my service needs.

Simpkins Auto Care Center has always been very helpful, extremely honest and to-the-point when it comes to keeping my cars in tip-top condition. I`ve been through four cars with Simpkins and although, with each new purchase, the dealer insists that I go to them for maintenance (even when it`s included in my purchase), I still go here. You won`t find better service!

This is a quality shop that I`ve used for the past three years to perform all the maintenance and repairs on my car. They are honest and straightforward, and understand that even though my car has 130,000 miles on the clock, I want to keep it running well. They`ve handled my inspections, replaced my brakes, changed my oil, installed a new ignition coil and wires, performed a radiator flush, and fixed my power loc... view moreks. They also fixed emergency work I had done when I was out of state. All their work has been neat and timely. They actually care about doing a good job.

Simpkins Auto Care`s owner and manager are very honest and trustworthy. That is the most important thing when looking for a new auto shop. They are honest and considerate and you can trust what they tell you. Even if you don`t know much about cars they will help you to understand what they are doing and why. I only use them and have lived in Benicia for years.

I always come to Simpkins Auto Care Center. I found this place a few years ago with the recommendation of a co-worker. It`s great! Very reliable and professional. These guys take pride in all the work they do even if it`s a simple oil change. I`m a very satisfied customer!

My car had a small dent in the side passenger door and Simpkins Auto took care of it! You can`t even notice where the dent used to be. Everyone who has seen my car before and after it was fixed are impressed. The staff were professional and friendly. Quality work!
