Reviews:
Avoid, terrible customer service!
I brought my car into this location for an alignment and while parked in their parking lot, one of the employees was working on another car next to mine. He slammed a jack handle down into the side of my car, putting a dent there.
The manager was rude and obnoxious when I questioned him why they would try to jack up the vehicle next to mine when it was visually clear that the jack handle would clearly not fit ... view morebetween the two cars. He became increasingly combative and said he could just tell me to take a hike and I would have to take him to court and how I shouldn`t be questioning the actions of his employees (hey, they damaged my car, why wouldn`t I question this??).
The manager also refused to refund the money I had paid to Firestone that day while I was there for service. I left feeling like he was trying to get me out of his hair and immediately called Firestone corporate, who eventually took car of this by paying me the amount of a written estimate to fix the damage I got from a body shop. Note that the body shop said the damage was pretty severe and would have required a lot of force to make (as I said, they did SLAM the jack handle into my car). However the Firestone manager characterized the damage as ""microscopic"" which I find very telling of his attitude.
The bottom line is this never should have happened in the first place and there seem to be some serious training issues at this location both in terms of the employee who negligently damaged my car, as well as with the manager who was way too defensive and argumentative when presented with a serious customer service issue.
Also, while I was there, another customer came in complaining that her car was just in this Firestone last week and now her car is suddenly over-heating.
Given my experience, I would avoid this Firestone like the plague.
