I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. I had the most horrific situation happen here. The store Manager was horrible and when I asked for his bosses name he said he was the boss. Well i will be contacting the General Manager and then the Market President. My trade in was put on a lot in Huntington Beach and was stripped even before supposably my loan was approved. He took the time to even follow up with a price on an antenna I needed (I didn`t get it because the cost was a bit high but it was nice of him to check for me). When I was checking out with the cashier, Breanna (I believe that`s the way you spell it) was so sweet. I was going to purchase a bag of chips with my debit card and she just handed it back to me and said she would take care of it. It`s a small gesture but it`s employees like Randy and Breanna that define what true customer service is about.I don`t know who does your hiring, but keep up the good work!

I bought 2 vehicle there in March 2011, 1 Toyota Certified Tacoma from the Used Car Manager John Addington and a $7000 corolla for my daughter who just turned 16. I am waiting to write this because I wanted to see the quality of the vehicles that I bought (especially my daughters corolla). Bad Service - Ripped Off Twice
My electrical had a short just couple of weeks after I had it serviced by this dealer and they said it was not covered under the extended warranty. I told them that I never had any problems until they replace something on the dash the last time I was there. Keep driving dont stop here for service
From the looks of it, seems like Buena Park Toyota will be going out of business very soon. Their failure will eventually be blamed on the current economic crisis. But based on my experience I will blame it on their price gouging and poor service.
