great shop!!!

this midas shop has never done my family and i wrong or dirty. they are honest people and experienced mechanics. the manager/owner is a great fella who strives for customer service. every time i get in there (hint, get in there in the morning before their afternoon rush) there is always a fresh pot of coffee for me and free wifi so i can work on my laptop for about an hour or so while i get some maintenance done to m... view morey 2005 toyota. the prices are average but as other people have agreed on, they are honest at least from all of my experiences. i used to have a mechanic in the burbank area who was selling me stuff and not even doing the work. i know that yuri the manager is very trustworthy but isn`t always the cheapest. sometimes i would rather pay a few dolalrs more but know my car is in good hands. 5 stars to this shop.

will never go elsewhere

I was referred to this Midas shop and Yuri about 1 year ago and have had nothing but amazing experiences and honesty every single time I end up there. From basic oil changes which are only 19.99 including a tire rotation which is a great bargain, to a brake change service which only costed me about 350 with rotors plus the life time warranty. Maybe if you caved in a little bit and approached him with a nicer attitude or willingness to spend a little money, he would treat you differently. Yes, I spend money there but in return I get honest and trustworth diagnostics of mine and my girlfriends cars. He never sells me things I dont need and when it comes time to get sold something legit, I just pay his price and try to ask for a courtesy discount. It`s not always about a cheap bargain which I have learned coming from 4 other mechanic shops. Trustworthy Car Repairs

Yuri and his Midas team have taken care of my car for the past two years now. Every oil change, brake change, and brand new tires have all be done at his shop. He is honest and fair with his prices and very upfront. I highly recommend this Midas for your car repair services. Yuri will take good care of you and thats a guarantee. I have been a customer of this Midas shop for about 3 years now. My family and I own 7 vehicles in total. Not once, has the owner/store manager attempted to up sell me on services I never needed. How I know this? I`ve tested them previously with another vehicle and they are so legit and on top of their knowledge with cars, that I will only trust Yuri to service our vehicle`s. My car has been at the dealer on numerous... view more occassions, where of course they give me a wrap sheet of services my vehicle(s) MUST HAVE!!! Well, next pit stop when I take it to Midas, Yuri goes ahead and reviews the list with me and crosses out certain ""recommendations"" which can easily wait another 10-20k miles!! This is amazing for me because I dont have to waste my money on things that dont absolutely have to be done. He only sells me the services which are safety related and a must at that given day. I read certain other reviews and counter all the negative ones! You just had a bad experience or got upset that your car really needed lots of work by lack of service, as Yuri puts it in my head lol :) Long story short, I am very pleased and satisfied with how this shop handles their business. I trust them entirely with ALL OF OUR VEHICLES!! Let alone, I send my boss and co workers to see Yuri. I wouldn`t do such a thing if he werent honest. BEST SPOT IN LOS ANGELES FOR YOUR CAR

Don`t have ANYONE ELSE take care of your vehicle

When I first arrived in LA I needed an oil change. Everywhere I went their prices for a simple oil change were through the roof! I finally went in search for a car service shop that was highly rated and I saw that this Midas had many reviews of 5 stars. So I went. Quality, Fast Service at a Reasonable Price

Yuri is the man with the plan...

I have been a customer of Midas Glendale for about 4 years now. I recently discovered that Yuri is the owner and the operator of the franchised store. Not only is his service EXCEPTIONAL, but quality and price is beyond right. I used to take my vehicle to many other nationally recognized chains and Midas Glendale is by far the one who has EARNED my business and alllllll of my friends and family cars. I use him for all of my oil changes, brakes, tune ups and they recently did a complete transmission job on my mother`s van. Sometimes they take a while to service but the time is well worth the wait. Yuri is young guy but don`t be fooled, he`s been in the business for LONG TIME and knows cars but mostly SERVICE AND RESPECT. Sometimes you just get a good or bad vibe from shops, midas glendale is super clean and organized. The owner/operator is always hands on in whatever goes on in the shop. I have never seen him TAKE OFF FROM WORK which is crazy but Midas Glendale earns their business. They have a reputation that many shops don`t. Hint, oil changes, come in the morning!!!
