I have had both an outstanding sales AND service experience at Woodland Hills Honda. When I bought my car, it was the easiest car buying process I have ever gone through. My salesperson, Dave was great and the general manager of the store even came to see if everything was alright and if I was happy. I just bought a new Honda FIt here and I have to say that I am quite pleased. Dani the internet sales manager was extremely helpful in the negotiation process. They didn`t have the color I wanted, but she told me that wasn`t a problem. We worked a deal and bottom line I got great customer service from the entire staff here. After much ado, I can finally say I`m the proud lesee of a 2008 Honda. Enjoying it immensely after only two days. And that`s good, coming from a volvo devotee (I`m sure i""ll be back in my volvo by next week, and let the honey have the Honda). Anyway, David at Keyes in Woodland Hills is a gem. I purchased my vehicle through Miller Honda in Van Nuys but due to bad experience on their service department, I didn`t bother going back and get my car serviced through them. One time I visited a friend in Ontario and I need to get my oil changed, I saw Penske Honda and I had my service done there, I had an ok service experience.----However, I found out that there`s a Honda dealership near my work and I have never e... view morexperienced a service like this!
