Just bought my fourth car from Autosource.The qualification took less than an hour and I love my new low mileage car. Tina and Tom are quick and courteous. I love you guys and my new beautiful car. Plus they will let you use your tax refund for a down if you need to, check it out.

I recently purchased a Honda A...

I recently purchased a Honda Accord from Auto Source in Banning. My experience was great! the salesman was awesome, and worked with me when other dealerships wouldn`t . The prices are very competitive, and the salesman Tom was also very helpful and polite. My car has been great and I feel like I got a great deal. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

The first thing I need to say ...

The first thing I need to say is they do back their cars. We got a car from them, and did not notice an oil leak the car had. We took it back as soon as we saw it. They fixed the leak for us at no cost to us. The people are very friendly, and once you get to know them they joke and laugh with you. I am also very thankful to them. When my mom and I walked in we had a car on its last legs. We are on such a fixed income... view more it isn`t even funny. However I am in college and am about to transfer to cal poly. That is a long drive and I need a reliable car. I was nervous about buying used, but the amount of help they have given me has put my mind at ease. Now I can get to and from school with out wondering if I am going to make it or not. If it wasn`t for them, I don`t know what we would have done. I know one thing for sure I would not have been able to continue perusing my dream. Thanks so much guys.

This area had many big name dealerships and they are all closed, Auto Source remains intact with a new location on the way...can`t wait to see it. I will remain a life-long customer. The Auto Source in Banning, California is one of the worst used car experiences I have had. I purchased a 2005 Nissan Titan from them in May. The salesman, Tom, was the epitome of a used car hack. In the process, I had to make phone calls to the dealership which was answered by Tina. Her unprofessional demeanor in dealing with me, along with relaying messages to others in the dealership made the process frustrati... view moreng. Glenn, the service manager, also was difficult. The test drive was fine, but the truck was on empty. After the deal was made, Tom promised to put enough fuel in it to get home. That also was never done Recently, while I was preparing for a trip, I noticed that the jack and tool kit for lowering the spare tire from the undercarriage was not with the vehicle. I called the dealership and explained my dilemma to Glen. His only solution was for me to pay $70.00 for a used jack &amp; tool kit from a junk yard. He promised the part on a Tuesday, but it didn?ˆ™t arrive until late Thursday, which caused additional frustration for my trip. When I arrived to purchase the jack &amp; tool kit, Tom (the salesman) refused to acknowledge me. I tested the tool kit to make sure it was the proper equipment &amp; spoke to Glen. I reiterated my frustration &amp; told him I was planning on posting a review on Yelp about my experience. He couldn`t have cared less. I would definitely not buy another vehicle from Auto Source. The business model is, &quot;Make the deal at any cost.&quot; They are not honest. They do not stand behind their vehicles. Buyer BEWARE!
