INCOMPETENT!!!!

I was originally given a two week estimate that turned into TWO MONTHS!! My vehicle had extensive front-end damage, and five weeks after my insurance company gave the body shop permission to begin work on my car, I went to pick it up and the AC did not work. I had to wait around for an hour before I was able to drive it home. A week later, my AC broke again, and I immediately took it back to the body shop for repa... view moreirs. The manager said that my car would be ready in two to three days, but they held onto my car for OVER TWO WEEKS! Every time I called to check on the status of my car, the staff was baffled, and the management was usually unavailable. I very seriously recommend that you take your car elsewhere!

Top-notch quality body work!!

I`ve had three cars repaired at Orange Grove Auto Body Shop and have been satisfied with the quality of work everytime!!!! Don`t waste your time looking for other shops, this is the place to go for body work.

Best bodyshop ever!!!

Unfortunatly I got into a car accident. My insurance company recommended Orange Grove Body Shop. I decided to go along with the recommendation and had my vehicle repaired there. One word: WOW! The service I got from them was top notch. All my questions were answered with great detail. Everybody there was great, especialy this young man who was more than happy to help me out. Shotty Work and Poor Service!!!

We took our vehicle here for repair after an accident. The paint job was mediocre at best. Also, we later found out that they improvised with some of the parts they were supposed to use to ""cut corners"". This resulted in our ""check engine"" sensor being activated. We then took the vehicle back to the car dealership where they informed us that the inferior parts were causing air to be vacuumed into the fuel line. W... view moree attempted to take the vehicle back to the body shop but got the run-around a number of times. They ended up replacing the part with another inferior part which replicated the check engine issue again. Long story short, we ended up having to pay the dealership to fix it the right way, even though the body shop had already charged the insurance company! I would not recommend this place to anyone!
