I just bought a brand new Mazda5 from Bakersfield Mazda, I was given a complete tour of the Service department by a lady named Alisha in Customer Relations. I as a customer thought this was very helpful, I met the whole service staff and since my 1st service appt was months away I at the time did not want to schedule it yet. I was in Bakersfield Mazda recently for a regular scheduled Service appt. I was so pleased with the Customer Service, I was greeted and welcomed on the Service drive before I could even get out of my car.
