The owner is the head mechanic...

The owner is the head mechanic and his wife runs the office. Very warm and friendly. I like that theyre not a harsh corporate place. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the industrial area. The roads need to be repaved on their street!! Or they should move to a different area but I`m sure that`s easier said then done.

Great referral

I was referred here by a friend of mine that works at Kern Schools to have an oil leak checked out. This shop does all the repairs for the credit union so I figured they had to be worth while. My leak was fixed fairly quickly and the price was very reasonable. I didn`t feel like they were pushing any other services on me and that`s what really impressed me. They did a full inspection and brought a few minor thing... view mores to my attention and told me a time frame of needing the repairs done. I got an estimate on body work also! Their Auto Body guy was very friendly and his current jobs were very impressive. Their estimate for repairs was at least 30% less then the one I got at Maaco. Definitely going to go back for that with my tax return!

The BEST service!

I wrecked my car in the middle of the night last year. I called my mom who knew the owner and he had a tow truck out to pick up my car within half an hour! My insurance paid over $10,000 in repairs, so as you can imagine, I did some damage on my car. My insurance company almost totalled it but gave the go-ahead and the mechanics at Automotive Express were able to make it like new again! They were all friendly and... view more very informative. It`s been almost a year now and my car runs better than it ever has with absolutely no problems reccuring from the accident. They are trustworthy and helpful. I won`t take my car to anyone but them!
