I would never go here again. They are rude! They take forever! And are demining. It took them seven days to do a job that should have only take them 6 hours max! They are unfriendly, and screw you on their labor charges!! They are impolite and degrading towards women. They have no understanding on whether or not a part is good. They go off mileage, well mileage isn`t everything when it comes to new parts. Some parts ... view morecan go a lot longer than their mileage states if they are properly taken care of. They made me get new struts on my car which is a $600 expense then tried to tell me I needed a new gasket cover value when it was perfectly fine! I would not trust this Pep Boys location. I have been going to Pep Boys for years now and this location has to be the worst one I have ever stepped foot in!! They are incompetent and unorganized! I knew more about my car and what need to be fixed then they did. This place really needs new management and new mechanics! I will never go there again!! And I recommend no one ever go here again unless they want to get screwed beyond belief!!
