Something has happened here. I bought a reconditioned fuel distributor in January (2013). Few delays and small ?ˆ?white lies?ˆ? about availability delivery time initially, but I did get a reconditioned fuel distributor that seemed to work. When I returned my core for refund they went completely dark. No response to e-mail, calls, and letters. They do not answer phone anymore and message box is usually full. I fina... view morelly got my core deposit back by having my Master Card Company charge their account, but it took until about mid-April to get this settled. This experience has given me zero confidence in the quality of work they did rebuilding my fuel distributor. Better stay away until they get back on their feet, and can prove that they can do both quality work and follow-through with customer issues.

Stay away from these guys, big rip off !!! Its been almost 3 months now as of April `13 since I sent Jaytan my Porsche fuel distributor for a complete rebuild for $217. Phones been disconnected and the 2th ph # is full of messages so looks like I`m out the $217.00 plus my Porsche fuel distributor which is going to be very expensive to replace plus having to buy a used $3,000.00 car to replace the car they have the p... view moreart for. On 9/1/09 I purchased throttle...

On 9/1/09 I purchased throttle body for $369.99 with a 2 year warranty. Couple of months later it went bad, and in May 2010 I shipped it to them, and allegedly fixed it, and shipped it back. The throttle body stopped working again. Numerous mechanics have diagnosed the car and informed me the throttle body needs to be replaced. On August 10, 2011, I contacted Jaytan to request a new throttle body, pursuant to the war... view moreranty. They told me they did not have any in stock, and would have to search for one. FIVE WEEKS later they are still telling me the same thing. I have called them at least a dozen times to follow up; they always say they will call me back the following day, but never do. Meanwhile, I have been forced to drive my car in "limp mode" where it does not go over 45 mph unless I am going down hill. At a certain point, if company cannot replace an item covered by the warranty, they should refund your money. I have asked for a refund, or money towards the purchase of a new throttle body, and they have refused my request. It is unacceptable for a company that specializes in throttle bodies to claim they are unable to locate a throttle body. They should have a reasonable amount of time to locate a replacement, but five weeks is unacceptable. Additionally, they are no longer returning my phone calls or calling me as promised.
