Horrible just horrible! I called these guys they did the worst job. I have had my neighbors ten year old son clean my car and do much better work, The windows were streaky, the car was still dusty.. ugh idk what else to say..

The worst possible thing you can do is accuse a client of making a false complaint. I work for a company whom has reoccurring weekly business for the car wash industry. We have 6 company vehicles along with several employee vehicles that we like to have a mobile car wash company service. J`s Mobile Car Wash charges us $20 per car and $25 per truck. I`m very familiar with pricing and although J`s is on average $2 to 5... view more higher in price than the average Mobile Car Wash Company, it would be worth it if the service was superior. Unfortunately, every employee at my office has the same complaint about this company. They just are not as detailed or careful as other company services we have used at cheaper rates. This is the first negative review I have ever written, and I wouldn`t be doing so if I hadn`t just received an offending phone call. First, I was asked if we wanted them to come out tomorrow and I said no that we would call them when there services were needed. A phone call is not the usual for them, it was requested by us. Then, I was asked if we were looking for another mobile car wash company in which I stated that we were looking around. Next, I was told that we had complained about our trucks but that they had not done any of our trucks which was untrue. After that, Juan said, "We only did one truck which was a brand new Silverado and you guys complained about the bed not being sprayed down but the truck was new and the guys said they sprayed it down". Form of advice, when a professional company complains about a service they are paying for from your company, you should take it up with your employees and never accuse a customer of lying. Employees are looking to save themselves, owners should be looking to save their business, not lose it by making false accusations from a position where they have not physically witnessed the activity or tried to find a solution to the standing issue. It`s unfortunate that it takes these sort of measures to pass along a message that was initially went about in a way that recovery could have been made.

I`m not one to write a negativ...
I`m not one to write a negative review. I`ve worked with the public and I understand that everyone has off days, but every time I have dealt with J`s Mobile Car Wash, it has been a hassle, and that goes beyond someone just having an off day. I purchased some gift certificates from this business as a gift for my Father-in-law last September for his birthday. We paid $75 for 3 washes. Not cheap, but we understood t... view morehat this is a luxury type service having them come to you to wash your car, so we were okay with it. Just trying to buy the certificates was a pain. We went to their office to purchase them, and no one was in the office. We figured they were out on a call, so we called the number and set up a later time to meet them at the office to purchase the certificates. They left my husband waiting in their parking lot for 45 minutes past the time they agreed to meet, no phone call to let him know they were running late or anything. The first time my father-in-law tried to redeem one, they set up an appointment for 2pm at FIL`s house in northeast Bakersfield. Two hours later, when no one had shown up or called, my MIL called them to see where they were. She was told that they were still on a job in southwest Bakersfield and it would be another 1-2 hours. My in-laws were scheduled to come to our house in the SW at 5 to babysit, so she asked J`s if it would be easier for him to meet her at our house in the SW. She was told yes, and that he would be here to wash their car between 5 and 6. J`s showed up at my house around 7:15 that night. They did an okay job on the wash (not stellar, but not terrible). A few months later my in-laws tried to redeem another wash certificate. Same exact story. Make the appointment in advance. Wait around for hours and hours after the appointment time with no phone call from J`s to let them know they`d be late. Finally call J`s to ask if they were still coming. When they finally show up (still hours later) and my in-laws hand over their certificate, they were told it was expired and J`s tried to charge them for the wash. Upon closer inspection, it is printed on the certificate that it expires 90 days after purchase! Umm, if you live in the state of California, that`s illegal! Gift certificates must be honored. My MIL explained this to them, ( she said they were kind of rude about it) and they finally agreed to honor the certificate, but told her this was the last time. Then J`s asked her if he could fill up his water tank with her hose! So basically, they made her wait around all day for an appointment they were terribly, terribly late for, then tried to charge her for something they`ve already been paid for, then had the nerve to ask if they could fill up their tank at her expense! The same thing happened when they tried to redeem the third wash (minus the tank refill). I am VERY unhappy that something I spent a lot of money on, as a gift to spoil someone, has been such a headache. Maybe J`s only provides good service when they haven`t collected payment yet, because they sure as heck didn`t provide good service when they already had our money!
