DONT GO TO THIS SHOP THEY RIPPED ME OFF!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE PRICES, THEY LIE, VERY RUDE, CHEAP PARTS, AND THEIR FAVORITE LINE IS WE ARE CHEAPER THAN THE DEALER!!!! they probably are, but they are more expensive than every other shop in town.... I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!

you must stay away from his shop!!!! the owner ""william"" will overcharge you. On many things, from certificates all the way to brake pads. first he gave me a fair price. than he gives me an explanation using many big mechanic terms on how the price is now over 500 dollars. (little did he know that i am currently working on my master tech certification). i only needed salvage certificates for the dmv. something that... view more i cant do on my own. when he said i needed brakes i figured i did. so i decided ask for a quote. he said it would be an additional 200 dollars. i said what kind of brakes are you putting on??? DEALER??? he said no, (the cheapest pad you can find) he said posiquiet. then i said why so much. (he lied to me and said because my you need to press out the rotor and all this other mumbo jumbo) then thats when i said how bout if i bring my own pads. he said 180 dollars. then i told him well im in the process of becoming a master tech, and i know for a fact you dont need to press out those rotors. then he was silent and lowered the price to 150$ which is still a rip off but i really could not do anything because i wasnt gonna go pay another place for more certificates. and he threaten me with not giving me my car because it was illegal for him to let it drive away in the current condition of the car!!! more B/S... well w/e we live and learn.... DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!! STAY AWAY!!!
