Not the way it should go
I called everywhere looking for a price on a silver Toyota Prius. I can`t stand when I get the run around... I already had visited a few dealers and this dealership was not the best experience. Why can`t salespeople tell me something about the car other than they are ""hard to get"" ""they get 60 mies per gallon"" or we don`t make anything on this car.. I drove all the way down to Power Toyota, from the moment I wa... view morelked on the lot I felt stalked..I don`t think I should feel creeped out by sales people.. but I did at this dealership.. What does it mean when a customer says, ""im just looking"" does that mean stalk me around the car.. and DONT tell me this car gets 60 miles to the gallon.. that is when I left the dealership.. I would bring a friend with you if you feel the need to go to Power Toyota.. you can look while your friend runs defense..

Toyota selling Unsafe Cars Again.
Buyer Beware, Toyota Selling UNSAFE Cars Again!!!!! I bought a car from this Toyota Dealer thinking i would get a safe reliable used car. While purchasing this car they sure did a good job of presenting me with all this paper work that it had all these inspections, a car fax and all this other diverting mumbo jumbo assuring me this car was in good working order. Come to find out that there was a significant oil leak... view more that was not disclosed to me and they tried covering it up by gluing on the oil plug to stop the leak. The glue was silicone but glue none the less. There was also a leak coming from the oil pan seal that was causing oil to leak on to the exhaust pipe and start burning that causes an awful smell. So I returned to asked that this problem be fixed being that i thought that it should of been disclosed to me when i purchased it. So they fed me some bull about that I bought the car as is and that it wasn`t a safety issue. So I said when there is oil leaking on to the hottest part of the tail pipe that seems like a safety issue to me. Also if that isn`t a safety issue then i can almost be positive that me and my children breathing these fumes being put off from the oil burning is. So after a little bit of hassle they realized they were wrong and agreed to fix it. Well they tried twice to fix it without success. Then they said that the oil was coming from somewhere else and wanted me to pay for them to try and find the problem. So basically they agreed that they should fix it and it was a safety issue but now that it might not fit in with the bottom line they cant do it. Pretty sad for a company such as Toyota to sell cars like this. Also the person name was Cindy in the service Department that said it wasn`t a safety issue and that denied my request to make it right. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Awesome!!
I came to Toyota knowing I would get a great car but wasn?t expecting to recieve the best service ever. I am a server and I know a thing or two about service and let me tell you, Power Toyota is on point. From the greeting to the test drives, the annoying questions I kept asking and all the headache of financing. They kept their cool the entire time and never once seemed to be bothered by all the hassle I put them th... view morerough. I am definitely happy with my purchase.

Very Dishonest Dealer-- Caution
My husband and I purchased a new Sienna van (which we love) from this dealer and we experienced multiple, serious and dishonest problems with the dealer
.
First off we turned in a full paid for vehicle as part of the deal and brought that car in the day before for it to be looked at and were given a written price for that car. !2 hours later when we came back to complete the transaction they said the trade-in wo... view moreuld be $1000 less unless we could prove to them that the convertible top worked?it did work perfectly but it was never brought up the day before when the trade in was being evaluated. Secondly the check for the trade in never came to us. We called and called and called ? never got a return call and when we did speak with people got excuse after excuse. We were told the check should arrive to us in about 2 weeks. Finally nearly a month went by and I went into the dealer and they looked for the check and found our $13500 check ? dated 2 weeks pervious to the date I was there, ??sitting on someone?s desk??. Next problem was they did not forwarding third party services paperwork for completion to LoJack so our tracking and warning system could not get installed. We paid for this but could not get it installed until the dealer sent the paperwork into LoJack?a month went by and nothing. Next problem was missing areas inside the car in applying the PermaPlate protestant. Problems continued as the service department told me it would be 1 ?? weeks before they could give me an appointment to complete some work and repairs on an open due bill for things that were part of the new car purchase that the dealer needed to fix?but had no time to on the day of the purchase of for over a month following that date.
So why does this dealer have such great ratings? Well the people we dealt with made a point of telling us (and providing written instructions too) that is was VERY IMPORTANT if we get a follow-up call or survey we give them all excellent ratings in every category, and anything less would be considered a failing score. So there are a lot of coached false consumer ratings for this dealership because the employees make a very strong and clear point to tell the customer???rate everything as excellent??. They are so far from excellent in their dishonest business, service and financial practices. Be very careful and buy your car elsewhere!

New Motor
Great Experience. I had a problem with my window motor in my new Toyota Camry, Chris was a great help, he had it fixed in no time at all. He knows what he is doing and does a great job with keeping you up to date with the service time. Dropped it off in the morning had it back when I was off work. I will return to the service department at Power Toyota Cerritos and going directly back to Chris with any questions or w... view moreork that needs to be done.

It was Replaced
I work long hours quite a distance from home. With the recession and gas prices are the only thing rising. I have spent alot of money on parts for my previous vehicle. After one problem got fixed, something else would give out. It also was terrible on gas. I came to Power Toyota because it was close to home and it was recommended by a friend. I needed a reliable vehicle quick to replace my vehicle before something e... view morelse would brake on it. I met Nick when I came in and he was so great. He understood my circumstances and filled me in about my options and also he knew so much about all the cars. I finally found one that, I had to have and Nick made that happen. Great customer service guys! Nick was so friendly and I would definately recommend this dealership to others.

I love my Whip
I came into Toyota simply because I needed a more fuel efficient car. My V8 truck isn?t doing it for me anymore. It cost me almost a $100.00 for a full tank and it only gets me about 400 mi. This just isn?t cutting it for me anymore. I have been looking around at a few different cars but the Camry Hybrid really caught my eye. My wife and I went to Power Toyota to look around (we had no intent to buy). Nick greeted u... view mores with a smile, he walked up and asked if there was anything he could do to help us find what we were looking for. I basically told him I like to stand out from the crowd. I don?t like the everyday looking car, but fuel is my concern right now. I did mention that the Camry Hybrid did catch my eye. When I said that his face light up. He said I have something to show you. We went to the back of the dealership and there is was, my future car. It was a 2011 Camry Hybrid. It was a dream come true. From the color, black on black, to the alloy rims, sunroof and navigation. It had every bell and whistle I could ask for. Ok so here comes the headache, the negotiations. First what were they going to give me for my truck and the final price I would have to pay for the Camry? Nick and one of his coworkers go outside to appraise my truck. I told my wife a number I wanted and they were only $500 off, I was getting happy. We talked numbers on the Camry and may I say it is very exciting being able to fill up for less then 40 bucks and it last me over 500mi. All my thanks goes out to Nick, if not for you I might still have a gas eating truck.

Great Deal
We bought from Toyota of Cerritos because they were able to give us a good deal. We were asking many questions and every time they were answered with a good understanding answer. We feel that we really benefited and we are thankful for how we were treated. WE TRUST THERE WORDS.

World Class Service
The reason I bought my new vehicle was because of the excellent hard working job that Nick and Capone did to help me get the truck I wanted. Thank yor listening and understanding and accommodating my specific needs.
