Great Customer Service

Ina has been a customer of Boulevard for over 25 years and I have been one for the past 20 years. During this time, we have purchased 9 new automobiles. We have never been dissatisfied. Service has been timely and courteous. There has been times when I felt something needed to be done to one of our autos and after the service technician and mechanic checked things out, they were honest and told us we did not need... view more anything fixed. On the other hand, they have pointed things out to us that we had overlooked and by them advising us, we saved the possibility of breaking down on the highway and possibly having an accident. We especially thank Murray in the service department. He brings people back. We are very loyal to Boulevard due to the way we have been treated over the years. Your sales persons are above reproach and always strive to give us the best deal possible, and we have not been disappointed. One thing I really appreciate is the treatment my wife, Ina, receives at your dealership. You hear of all kinds of horror stories about how women are treated at dealerships, but that is not so at Boulevard. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! My wife and I purchased our GMC Sierra Truck from Boulevard and we honestly had the best experience. The sales staff was friendly and they made us feel comfortable.
