Terrible place to buy a car

ive looked around at a lot of places for a car, and reading all the good reviews on this place i figured id try it out. I found a little focus that seemed like a good car, and the guys told me they would have it fixed up and looked at before they let me drive off with it. Yeah well they didnt. The third day i had this car the transmission started acting screwy, so they took it to the transmission center in salinas, w... view morehere they kept it for almost 2 weeks before deciding to rebuild my transmission, which they only gave me a 90 day guarantee on. They never felt the need to call me back and let me know the progress, so i had to call THEM every day, and they were very rude. Then i took it in for a tune up only 2 months later and the guy told me that my transmission is still messed up, and hasnt been rebuilt at all, only slightly patched up. I absolutely hate this place and if i could, id give them a negative 5 star. Dont bother.

PRUNDALE-MOTORS IS THE BEST PLACE IN MONTEREY COUNTY TO PUR

I have been buying cars from Martin since I was 24yrs old. A toyota 4runner, two caddilacs, a bmw, and an 87` toyota mini van. Everysingle car has been fantastic and Martin is a very personable guy. He has always helped me make it work. I`m going back soon to look for a used car for my son.

The Only Place to go for a Used Car!

Over the years I have brought 2 cars from Prunedale Motors. On both occasions I felt comfortable, never did I get the creepy feeling I usually do at car dealerships. I have found the owner, Martin to be honest, friendly and always willing to work with me. Both cars proved to be good deals, reliable and safe. best place to buy a used vehicle

i have been buying cars from this place since 1992, i have found that there not just your average car dealership. they make you feel like one of there family members. if i have ever had any problems which has been very rare they have fixed it 100%. my newest vehicle i bought Feb. 2011. I got my Yukon Xl. Im so loving it. the terms and conditions unmatched by any other dealership in the area. Reliable used cars

This place is the best for a used car. The owner Martin in a awesome guy to do business with. I bought two cars from them and there both great cars. My first one is a Jaguar s-type and I have had it for over 2 years and had no problems with it at all..the second is a ford wind-star and also runs great and have had it a little over a year?ˆ¦over all its just a great place to buy a car from.. Most Honest People you can deal with

I have bought cars from them since 1982 this is my 10th car I`ve bought from them. I have never had a problem with them as long as I call them before they call me. They are more than willing to work with you if there is a problem. Be it financial or mechanical. I highly reccomend buying a car from them.

Worst Place to Buy a Used Car!! Never Go There

I bought a car from Prunedale Motors and low and behold only 4 months later it dies! I bring it to a mechanic and it turns out the motor is completely shot. This place is known for selling `lemons` to people just to make a quick buck. They buy $200 cars from junk yards and fix them up to make it look nice and then sell them for all they think it`s worth. You are better off buying a car from anywhere else but this pla... view morece. I was so distraught that I called the Sales Manager named Albert and he even remembered us and said there was nothing he could do about it since the warranty had JUST ran up the month before. He did not even care and basically told us to eff off. I am very disappointed but have learned a very valuable lesson- don`t trust anyone. I should have known about their bad reputation after I bought a car from them. Take my advice and Never Go There!
