air conditioning
My daughter brought her van in for air conditioning repair...we were quoted a price...which we gave him part of so he could order the parts ... He called when the parts went in and did the work on the van ... The rear air conditioning in the van never has worked and with my daughter took the van back he wanted another two or three hundred dollars to replace a part that she looked up on the internet for her van and it... view more was not there I think he is not doing good business he is very rude and condescending to women and abusive he was very rude to me I don`t think you should waste your time going there... The only reason why he gives one gets one star is because you cannot submit your complaint to them without giving them at least a one star rating I am having my daughter go to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint and also to the Bureau of automotive repair because he did not do what he said he would do and did not fix what he charged her for

I came in for a brake and lamp...
I came in for a brake and lamp inspection and was treated like I was a scumbag by an employee. I believe that he is the eldest son of the owner of the business. When I arrived, without saying hello or anything he came to the window of the car as I parked and" barked" at me to move my car from where I had parked it, which wasn`t a problem , I probably was in the way , I have no idea I had never been there be... view morefore I just pulled in and parked and he "barked" at me to move. When I informed him of why I was there he stood back stared at the ground and rattled off this very wordy speech, which by his presentation , he had done 100 times before, and I could tell he wasn`t very thrilled at doing it this 101st time. When I tried to ask questions he was extremely condescending and rude. The only thing he kept repeating was the part about if I didn`t pass I still had to pay he made that abundantly clear. I would have taken my business elsewhere, but as you know there are very few places that offer this service in this area, but that does not mean that an employee has the right to be so rude and act like he is doing me a favor by looking at my car. Needless to say the car passed the light inspection but not the brake , and when he came to tell me this he almost seemed to enjoy informing me of this. As a matter of fact the smile on his face told me he had enjoyed it. he also accidentally , I guess ,gave me my keys back too soon , then snagged them back out of my hand, and said" oh wait I`ll hold on to those for a minute," because he saw that I still had the hundred dollar bill in my hand that I was going to use to pay for the service. In other words he didn`t want me to try and drive off without paying. Which is really outrageous. That would mean that I would have had to left the paperwork showing I passed the light inspection, the paperwork for my DMV registration that I had paid $280 for, and would have had to snatch up my 3 year old son who was running around the office, cram him in his car seat and escape onto busy 7th street traffic to get away.My car is a 1987 toyota and I am 44 years old, neither of us is that fast or worthy of doing so. I was so upset, and hurt that someone could and would treat me that way. I may not have a lot of money or drive a fancy car but I know i am a good person who does not need to be treated like that by anyone. I suppose that writing this won`t really change anything but don`t go there.
