Most EXPENSIVE service! Don`t go there except for scheduled warranty service that you don`t have to pay for. I went to Pacific BMW for a scheduled service on a 1-year old BMW and they told me I needed a wheel alignment (they were probably right) - for $330. Since I didn`t know I would need that before my service appointment I had no chance to research prices at other places but I did have time while I was waiting... view more for the car to be serviced. I found that their price ($330 for a 4-wheel non-active suspension) was a complete rip-off and every other BMW dealership within 50 miles charged significantly less (including Beverly Hills BMW at $150). I pointed this out to the service adviser who spoke to the manager but the manager wouldn`t budge at all on the price. Apparently she didn`t care to keep me or the people I know with BMWs as customers. I will certainly not buy my next BMW there or ever get a service there again.

I just got my brand new M3 convertible - any one who is looking to buy a BMW in the west coast should simply save themselves the hassle and call Greg Poland from Pacific BMW in Glendale (LA region) - I live in SF Bay area and did everything remotely - even had the car picked up and shipped to me directly - greg took care of everything, called me to make sure it arrived and made sure everything was the way I expected ... view more- without a doubt the best service I have ever received when buying a new car - this is my 2nd BMW. On top of that he gave me a price that was not even close to other dealers - one dealer didn`t even bother talking to me as he couldn`t do a deal that was even close.

couldn`t be happier with the transaction.

I just got my new m3 via Greg Poland at Pacific BMW. Couldn`t have been happier with my experience with Greg. I did the thing ED -> PCD. Greg was on the ball the whole way - way more than I was. ED and PCD went great. He was particularly competitive on price as well. And when the lease deal got better he moved the rates. I couldn`t be happier with the transaction.
