Went to Glendale Mitsubishi this past weekend to look at a 2013 Evo X GSR. Gina had contacted me a few months before and kept in touch until I was ready. Got to Glendale and Gina was busy with another customer so Armando helped me in the beginning. He was very helpful. Then when Gina was free she came and introduced herself. She had a very positive attitude and was willing to help me out. Then Mike (the general manag... view moreer) came and started talking numbers. And he ended up giving me a great deal on a Phantom Black Evo X that they had. So we went to the bank to get the down payment (cashier`s check) and came back to talk to the financial department. He was really nice as well clarifying any questions I had. Once that was done Gina took me outside and showed me how to operate some of the things in the car. She was so helpful throughout this whole process up until I drove home with the car that day. And she has still kept in touch and told me I can always contact her if I ever need anything. Overall the experience here was great compared to other dealers that I went to. And they even washed the car and gave me a free full tank of gas. Now that`s how you take care of a customer. I`m glad I made Glendale Mitsubishi my choice.

I purchased a car at this loca...

I purchased a car at this location in early April and it was an awful experience from start to finish. The contract was made based on an install of a navigation system shortly later. To make a long story short: I was told they could do it, asked for more money, yelled at, told I they could do it now, and told I would be called along the way when most the time they didn`t. After 20 days I gave up and said I no longer ... view morewant the navigation system because I didn`t want to deal with it any more. I love my car but it?ˆ™s not exactly what I want and I definitely wouldn`t recommend this dealership.
