IF I could give it back I would

I recently bought a ""Certified"" pre-owned vehicle through an auto broker from wondries. In the one month I have owned the car, I have had to take it back twice for brake issues, and once for the serpentine belt. I have had certified preowned vehicles before and never had an issue. THe fact that the brakes have been an issue twice now makes me seriously concerned. I have no faith in them or their brake technicians, ... view moreand am scared about what the next issue will be.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE

KimB, I had almost the same type of delay as you - called ahead in the morning to check how long it`d take - once I got there I was told it`ll take about double the time (3 hours instead of 1.5)...I shut my mouth and figured there`s nothing I could do. About 4 hour later, I walked over to check and the guy says ""yeah it`s coming 15 mins!!!"" and I waited like a fool for another 45 min. driving away and never look back

I`m so upset!! I don`t even want to give it one star. I took my 4Runner in to get serviced, because I`m on a time restriction, I had called first and spoke with David, he said the service will take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I dropped off the car at 1:15 and waited to be checked in at 1:30, thinking that it will be done at 3:30. I was quoted that the truck will be ready at 4. I asked if it could be any earlier, he said y... view morees if I want to skip a car wash. If I`m going to pay I wanted a complete job and that is with a car wash. So then I agreed til 4:00 but no later because I said I have to pick up somebody at 4.
I had my 4 month old baby with me and waited for half an hour for a shuttle to take us home. Had I not reminded the guy that I`m still waiting for a shuttle. I probably would still be waiting.
I got a called at 3:35 and said the truck is ready. I was so happy and I asked to be picked up. I got my baby ready in his car seat and wait, allowing them 15 mins from the time they called. I received another call at 4:11 and said the driver is on the way , it will be another 15 mins. I had to feed the baby because by now he is hungry and fussy. I had to call the dealership and begged somebody to come pick me up.
Let just say I didn`t get picked up until 5:35, by now I was Livid. My son was waiting at school. My driver Robert finally arrived and apologized, he was the one that dropped me off at home and was in route to pick me up but the dealer had made some changes and sent him to pick up another client in downtown. Robert gave my address and direction to the next driver but somehow he never made it. I picked up my truck and I was so very upset, I just wanted to drive off and never look back. I will never come back there again although I just live 7 mins away.

Not the greatest

Not very impressed. They always are looking to overcharge and get more money out of you. The quality of their service is only so so. I agree go to a different dealer until these guys can focus on an excellent job at a non rip off price.
