What a rip off to the people......
Well I dont know who is running Ten Eight tow inc. on Inyo street in Bakersfield but that fella Andy said he was the top of the ladder over there and if they dont have any one smarter than him to run a copmpany then I sure would like to see our law enforcement use some other tow company besides them......
