I had purchased a new car, and within a couple of weeks, my new baby was - well; in need of a lot of repair. There are a few service agents that work at this dealership, but make sure you go to Jill Houska if at all possible. She "felt my pain", coddled me, had a smile when my face was sad about my new car - and just took very good care of me while working diligently to get the ball rolling on the repai... view morers. She always checked in with me every 3-4 days to let me know how things were progressing. And when I would stop into the dealership to get "yet another" update, she would drop everything and get a status for me.

Jill is the greatest. I dropped my car off for service then went to have drinks with the girls....forgot to come back. She called me at 5:00 which is her closing time but she waited until I finished my drink, made the 15 mile drive back to Palm Springs, and picked up my car. She was even smiling when I came in. You don`t get much of that around this town!

All their answers were knowledgeable and trustworthy which isn`t what I usually get when I talk to a lot of salespeople. They didn`t try to pressure me into buying the car which was good because I always avoid people who do that.
