So far called I called in 2 weeks ago and scheduled to have an appointment to get my car fixed but had some personal problems and had to cancel, I like that they didn`t make me feel bad and told me to reschedule when I can (very pleasant) called today to reschedule appointment which I did for friday told him my problems and he gave me advice in what my problems with my car may be. This was my first time here. The business is located in a small industrial park right off of Thousand Oaks Boulevard. It was pretty convenient for me, right near where I live. I was greeted warmly by both Don the service manager and Rick, the owner (an automotive place that is both friendly AND professional, how often does that happen? ). I was pleasantly surprised! I should have been coming here sooner! They gav... view moree me a new five- year battery (which I originally came in for), changed my oil, rotated the tires and checked the brakes on my Toyota. The total ending bill wasn`t bad at all. They have bottled drinking water in their small waiting room. Notes from past satisfied customers are pinned to the wall for all to view. It really means something when a place of business treats you in a friendly, warm and professional manner and does good work for you. Especially when you`re a woman bringing in your car to be repaired. I drove away as a satisfied customer. I definitely will be coming back!

The BEST In The CONEJO VALLEY

Rick knows what he is doing and went above and beyond for me to fix my car. His work is great and he is always concerned with making sure you get the most for your money and are not doing unnecessary work. I can`t say enough positive words about his character, knowledge and workmanship. A straight shooter.
