took my 97 4 runner there and it was awesome! Joel fixed my car promptly and had it for way less than pep boys wanted. I love Tyermans and wouldn`t wanna be anywhere else or go anywhere else when I wanna take my car to get the job done right. The guy below has no valid argument either. seriously, read his post and think ""why hasn`t any of this added up?"" it doesn`t. Fixes Problems and Creates More

I have two cars.

The first I took there for repairs and it came out with a scratch on the driver`s door. After arguing with the duty manager (Joe) he said it absolutely HAD to have been there before I got there. I eventually relented knowing that mistakes happen.

I just brought my second car in for repairs and after they completed the repairs, the dash lights refused to work! I took the car back in...... view morethey spent all day trying to figure out what they did ... then proceeded to call me at 4pm to tell me that they were not going to do any more ""free work"". Are you kidding me?!?!? They broke the thing to begin with! This guy ACKNOWLEDGED the mistake but insisted I pay for further work!

STAY AWAY... They are the steriotypica auto place ... if you take your car there they will try and get more money out of you either by needless recommendations (did to me twice) or by breaking the car while in the shop so they can get more money out of you!
