Fabulous Honest Repair shop!

I have been going to Aram at Pro Am for about 7-8 years, ever since I was referred by a friend. I can`t say enough about them. He is honest, does only the work necessary (not like dealers who charge 2-3 times as much and often do work that is not really necessary) and is a very kind thoughtful person. Take way too long...leaves things broken

Felt like I was really getting jerked around disguised under nice. Never fixed the car...if you have time to leave your car all month long than it may get fixed...called for updates and there were none...I`ve heard they do a good job if they`re dealing through your insurance, I think that`s because they can then jack the price up...that`s how they make their money? Just give an honest answer of how much it`ll cost ... view moreand how long it`ll take, why is that so hard? Prices are just as comparable to any other place...and true they are conversational, but all that goes out of the window when you leave your car with them to find out a week later, nothing`s been done...""oh pick up and bring it back next week"" as if they`re doing you a favor. No it`s a paid service. I had to chime in...because my experience just wasn`t at a 5, not a 4, not a 3 and not a 2...what do you give when...after two weeks the car isn`t fixed, find someone else who will do it in 1.5 days.

Pro Am Automotive in Glendale Gets It!

I have taken my mercedes to glendale dealer to address the same concerns multiple times as they did not make the repair and charged me for diagnostic fees, labor and parts. I was tired of paying thousands for nothing till I took my car to Pro AM Automotive in Glendale on flower street. Arim is genuinely a gentlemen and a professional in the small type automotive shop. great and honest service!

This is a great shop that not many people seem to know about! The previous shop was gonna charge about twice as much for a new radiator. This guy gave it to me cheap and added a%10 discount to my total bill for being a new customer :) The previous shop replaced my front breaks and the owner of Pro-Am showed me what they did wrong...suggested I go back to them about it rather than have him replace them again for m... view moreore money. An actual HONEST mechanic!

A friend recommended Pro Am after I was cheated on repairs at Sunrise Ford. I brought my car in and it was fixed perfectly for a fair price. My friend said the owner is honest and reliable and I couldn`t agree more. Each time I`ve had a problem, I`ve brought my car in and it`s fixed to my satisfaction.
