DOESN`T ANSWER PHONE AND WON`T CALL YOU BACK

I`ve been taking my car to Kawano for 10 years and this is my experience.
- you almost have to drive to his shop to talk to him since he won`t call back on a message
- His helpers will not answer the phone! Answering machine only!
- He is an honest mechanic
- Finding him at the shop is a gamble and his helpers don`t speak English and likely can`t tell you when he`ll be back to the shop, Frustrating
- D... view moreon`t expect to get your car back anytime soon, maybe a week or 2.
- His prices are the lowest I`ve found anywhere for tranny work
- His shop has cars all over the place in various stages of repair
- I`ve had to take my car back due to problems with the repair job sometimes but he`ll make it right at no extra charge.
- He speaks excellent Spanish and okay English, hard to understand sometimes
- I would take my car back to him if he wasn`t sooo busy and soooo hard to contact.
