Worst Place Ever

took car in for body work. First attempt returned a car with white dust speckles in the paint as well as an orange peel feeling and look. Second time they painted the parts of the car they fixed smokey black or dark grey, except, the car is BLACK! The owner told me since the paint it water based, I should wait 30 days for it to dry..ARE YOU KIDDING??? They gave me 1/4 of my money back and refuse to refund me the re... view morest. See you in court. They are the laughing stock of the street and business! I should have asked my mechanic or my dealership first.
