Couple of weeks ago, I locked myself out of my car, while it was sitting with the engine on, in the driveway. Luckily, I live around the corner from Hi-Tech. In the blink of an eye, 2 Hi-Tech guys were at my car and jimmying it open. I barely had enough time to thank them, they were so quick.

One of my friends introduced me to Koko and the high tech staff not even a month after I came to los Angeles. Seen that they were nice people and knew how to manage car issues, I have been coming here. I will never trade them for other company. They recently had new brakes installed since it was making a squeaking noise and it turned out that Koko found out those Toyota brake pads where faulty. I love these guys. I took my 2002 car in, they fixed it in a few hours. Their prices seem to be very fair. They cleaned it inside and out and left two bottles of water. I noticed on leaving there was a noise that wasn`t there before, I brought it in the next day. They were very nice about it, they all recognized me and remembered my name immediately and fixed the defective part right away. I feel very well taken care... view more of by these guys, much more than at the dealerships. I`m so grateful to find a great mechanic. They are one of the most valuable resources in LA.
