They took about a month to let me know what was wrong with my car. Since I don`t get home from work until well after they close, I had spoken to the owner about leaving the car out front so I could tow it home. I`m STILL waiting to get my car back almost 2 months later!! >=|

Dropped my car off for a few fixes. They had it for over 2 weeks. I had no way to get around. For a whole week, they told me it`d be ready that afternoon. Would not recommend.
