this dealership is hands down the BEST, most helpful car dealership Ive ever been to. After i spent lots of HOURS car shopping up and down san carlos street all these car dealerships were trying to sell me cars i didn`t want and were over my budget and had extremely high mileage. Finally i came across BEST BUY MOTORS, they were so nice and made me feel at home and they didn`t not push in any way like the rest of the ... view moredealers. Even though i was stressed from the other dealers i bought a BMW from them and i was very happy with the car. Ive sent 4 of my relatives with them and they bought cars from them as well and were happy customers just like me. FIVE STAR DEFINITIVELY!!!!

To my best friend, I would say...

To my best friend, I would say: DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! My husband and I needed a new car, but we are trying to build our credit after our bankruptcy. We decided to buy used, get something big and reliable for our large family, and spend a little less while building our credit. Best Buy Motors had a Yukon that had more mileage than I would have liked, but it was going for a good enough price an... view mored was well taken care of by the previous owner(s.) Then, I find out, The sunroof that was included in the price, did not work. The speedometer did not work. The gas gauge did not work. There was a HOLE in the windsheild that was covered up by sale stickers when we test drove it, and we did not notice until the next day, when it was light out. But, the contract was signed. We got a letter in the mail 3 weeks later that the loan application was not approved, and took the car back the NEXT DAY. My husband handed over the keys, Best Buy Motors kept $700.00 of our downpayment. I have NEVER, EVER IN MY LIFE HAD A DEALERSHIP DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT!!!! You are better off going to a real dealership. Finance a few hundred more, and get a company that cares about a good reputation. This company deserves a negative star.

This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRI...

This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE! I had taken my friends boyfriend with to check the car (I got from them) with me. Apparently, he didn`t know squat about cars. I ended up with a car with a blown motor from them. They take no responsibility and told me this car was in "perfect condition" and was driven by one of the employees himself. In fact the one guy had told me if the engine blew out a... view mores I left the lot, right in front, (it was as-is) the wouldn`t be responsible. I know that is true, but come on. They should be ashamed of themselves, scamming on a single mom of 4, this was suppose to be a family car. Would not even give them a one star but if made me put something.
