I was very unhappy with my experience here and will most definitely not be going back. Despite their original appearance of having great customer service, this turned out to not be the case at all. I was told that my part would be in the next day, and it ended up taking about a week. They didn`t think to tell me that the part wasn`t in before I brought my car in on the day I told them I would come. I was originally t... view moreold that it would take 3 hours to complete the repairs, and my boyfriend waited four hours for it to be done, before they finally told him it would be a few more hours and gave him a ride. I later went to pick up my car, and they had still not had time to wash it. After I got home and closely inspected the new side view mirror they had attached, I noticed they didn`t paint a section of it. I ended up having to bring my car back for the third time for such a simple repair. Jaime was the man who helped me, and he was never able to be reached and didn`t call me back. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Terrible Service, Inconsistent, and a rip off

Absolutely the worst! I took my car in the beginning of May, and they said it`d be done by the end of the month. Juan assured me he`d call to update me twice a week with my vehicle`s status, but after the first call, I had never heard back from him. I called several times, always being told he would call me back, but he did not call with any updates at all. On the last week of May, I was told that my car was st... view moreill set to be done for the 30th. Later that week, they said it was pushed back, but had no idea how much longer. I told them I needed it before the 10th because I needed to move out of my apartment and move back up to the bay area before my lease kicked me out. He said it would not be a problem, but I did not get it back until the week after my move-out date, and the last week I was constantly calling about my car, always being told someone would call me back. I was not able to start my new job on time. Terrible service, would never go back or recommend.

Great service!

I took my car in for a detail and Peter hooked me up! I was unaware at the time, but I had a burnt out tail light which he replaced for me. My car hasn`t been that clean since the day I bought it! I will definitely be back.

AMAZING!!!

everything about prestigious auto is AMAZING!!! especially jaime, he truly made me believe that there are good people in this world. so helpful, kind, and generous, and truly helped out a struggling student. i couldnt have asked for a better experience, or a more wonderful auto shop. please please send all your business their way, as they deserve it all.

I can`t tell you how happy and satisfied I`am with Prestigious Auto Body. Everything, from the work on my vechile to the customer service they delivered was fantastic. I `m very Picky...

I`m very picky about my car and don`t trust it to just anybody. I hand wash it myself every time, so giving it to somebody else to paint made me nervous. I`m very happy to report that Prestigious restored my car to a state that was better than new. I`m writing this review one year after the job, and it has stood the test of time. The entire crew at the shop was friendly and kept me updated on my progress, and the job... view more came in less than estimated. I won`t hesitate to take my vehicles back to them should I need their service again, although I hope I won`t have to!
